When BB10 comes to your carrier how long will you keep your 9810 ???
How long before you let it go? Will you keep as a back up. Give to friend or try to sell online? Maybe I should keep using it and wait for Milan?

It's gonna be tough
It will be hard to give up my 9810 but I am willing to take one for the team. I will definitely be keeping it as a back-up because I feel Blackberry finally got it right with the 9810. It literally took going through two Storms (watch the pun)
and a 9800 to get to where it is now. I really think the Touch slider is the best of both worlds. Wasn't there a guy doing concepts with a device called the "Blade" now that phone I would buy in an instant!! New Years Wish List: another slider with a larger keypad and a bigger screen, or something like a Samsung Note II for BB that would be my dream device. That way I could lose the Laptop.

When BB10 comes to your carrier how long will you keep your 9810 ???
Until RIM produces an equivalent BB10 slider, I will be holding on to my 9810. I dislike screen keyboard's. I bridge control my playbook just to avoid using one. If they don't then I probably go for the keyboard unit (aka bold) when my 9810 finally needs replacing.

As much as I love my 9810, it will be decided on how the on screen keyboard for BB10 feels. That and if I have the cash.
But no matter what I get, the 9810 will be on standby.

When BB10 comes to your carrier how long will you keep your 9810 ???
I will be waiting until the majority of the BB10 models are released.
I want to see what all the different models offer.
Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy my 9810, but I feel that BB left a few things out with it. Such as NFC. If I would have waited another month for the 9900 to come out, then I would have had NFC. So I wont be making the same mistake with BB10.
When the switch does happen, the 9810 will be my trusty sidekick/replacement phone if needed.

I will keep my 9810 as a back-up when I am able to upgrade in June of 2013. I will then sell my 9800 or donate it to someone in need of a smartphone.

My upgrade is in April so its a no-brainer! I kept my old 9800 for the battery and keep it charged from time to time to make sure it's still good and ready if its needed for my 9810. I really hope that down the road they make a BB10 Slider Torch as I'm so used to it and never cease to love it!
