What the [b][/b][b][/b][b][/b][b][/b] is happening to ma 9810?! Some help me!!!!!!

Ok a few weeks ago ma phone started to seriously flip out I'm not sure what the problem is or how to explain it in just a few words(oh and this is kinda ma first post so not even sure if its posted in the right section) any way like I was saying was gonna say the touch screen is unresponsive but that's not it so let me try explaining this.... It all started with ma text messages if I have a text conversation open and u know the newest message is at the bottom if a try scrolling up the thing that is in the upper left hand corner of the screen that say received@ keep changing showing that the messages are changing but the display doesn't move it continues to how the area where u type a new message and a few older messages but it usually started working again after some time so it wasn't a concern to me and it only happened with the text messages¡until a few weeks ago when it went to ma bbm,facebook,music,videos,photos and almost everywhere else! This is the weird thing tho if I'm on the home screen I can slide the left or right with ease and I can maximize or minimize the panel all can be done using the touch screen with no problem but if I maximize the panel and try navigating to the bottom of the screen it won't even if I'm using the track pad I till doesn't work after reaching the bottom set of icons the courser disappears show that its still going down but the display doesn't recognize this and it only continues to show the first set of icons¡for instance my option icon is the last icon on ma list to the far right so if I use the track pad to scroll it I know I'm there while its won't be displayed if I then click the track pad it will open options¡it even happens in menu if I press the BB button and then try scrolling with the track pad or the screen its the same problem if I even use a short cut like pressing c to jump directly to close it does go directly there but the display just doesn't show this it still just shows the first set of commands what I would usually do is just was just move the slider till it was move the slider till it was almost close and then I would be able to navigate freely but as soon as it was completely closed or open or even just a cm out of that position it flips out again but that's not working any more at this point I started think that the problem might be with the slider ribbon un till I noticed that if I'm using an app like opera or uc browser I don't have that problem at all its scrolls just fine and everything still works could it be an os issue? Or could something be bugging up ma phone did any1 else have this problem did it get fixed (after nuking this phone by accident and u guys helped me bring it back I'm now convinced that if u guys can't fix it no1 can) PLZ HELP I'm tempted to fling this in the wall right about now

I will help you if you use some grammar, I can hardly understand what you're saying. Think of it as an english class where you have to write normally. I myself am in high school but I can type normally.

What steps have you taken to try and fix this? (ie: have you done a battery pull? Reloaded the OS?)

Oh yeah that's real helpful .....
Anyway...did a battery pull and reloaded the OS didn't help was wondering if it was because I backed up tha apps and immediately reinstalled them after tha back up....deleted them all last night tho still having tha same problem going to try and reload tha OS again and see what happens

Two things come to mind (granted, I'm not a professional, merely a fangirl)

1.) You may have a third party app that is not compatible with your OS, and is buggering up your phone. (Same goes for third party themes- these can really bugger things up)

2.) What version OS are you using? If it's a hybrid or unofficial, this could be a root cause as well.

Try loading a new OS (uninstall yours from your computer first; deleting will not do! Assuming you're on a Windows computer, you need to go to Start- Control Panel- Add/Uninstall - Uninstall BB OS, and THEN download a new/fresh copy of your operating system.) Before restoring any of your contact and calendar information or apps, check the phone and see if it's still an issue. If the phone works fine, then you know it's an app issue, and you can add apps back one at a time until you figure out which one is bothersome (which means you will unfortunately have to go through the whole process again but at least you've pinpointed the issue!)

If this doesn't work, you can try doing a clean install, which will mean deleting everything off the phone, including the OS, so all you have when you turn on your phone is a white blank screen, before reinstalling any software. This runs a little more risk of bricking your phone, so I'm hoping the aforementioned works first, but I am happy to walk you through the latter.

If that doesn't work...then it may be a hardware issue.

Let me see if I understand you:
1. Your phone is not responding as it should.
2. The trackpad is not working properly in menu's but it works okay in Opera.

Though some comments to you have not been viewed as helpful, it is clear that this kind of post makes it hard for us who do want to help to understand exactly what is going on.
