weird loading icon

I have a torch 9810 for over a year now and it just started to lag and when i switch form one app to the other i have this loading icon that appears. Its not the usual circle with the bar around it , Now it looks like a M on witch the left side look likes its searching. Can anyone help i cant find anything that says what that symbols mean an what to do to make it stop and make my phone go back to normal

Download Capture It, it's a screen capture app.

And then I have Capture It assigned to the right convenience key, so I don't have to use the BlackBerry menu when I want screen capture.
I just press the convenience key.
Also there are plenty of screen capture apps in BlackBerry World.

I have figured out what that sign is after all . its the web link icon. i did a io update and now theres a app with that sign on my screen. what does that icon do?
