Default Unable to click on "internet mail account"

When i try to add an email account i click setup->email and then i cannot click on "internet mail account". I can click on the enterprise button. I did a battery pull. Resent service books. I don't have access to bis

Any ideas?

I remember seeing this on my 9800 couple time, but I don't remember exactly if it was related to the "Email Setup" app or an issue with the actual os. Plug in our phone, open desktop manager and check if the Email Setup is checked, if not check it and install it.

I'm currently security wiping to hopefully resolve this very same issue. I'll let you know how I get on. I was able to set up my email account upon first install, but when I went back to add another, it wouldn't let me!

if all that doesn't work, the only thing I could think of is the blackberry id, you have to be logged on your blackberry id to setup your email.

You can find that under Options, Device, Blackberry id.

I'm just shooting idea I know it was simple to fix when I found out what happen, I just can't remember what I did.

I had to do it through apploader, but yes, you were right. For some reason, it hadn't installed all the core apps. Thanks for your help.
