Just tried to download the kindle app from amazon for the bb 9810

it says locked to UK but allowed me to downlaod it... (hybrid os)

however it wont let me get any books as my registered addy is not in the US

WTF

is avaialable on every other sodding platform worldwide, so why the hissyfit with BB

any ideas how to get round this or get a good e reader that works

not some half baked limited content version

Looks like it's region locked, but I don't think it is actually available/accesible in the UK as the Amazon.co.uk site doesn't have any links to download it and it isn't on BlackBerry Appworld - well isn't on my UK based device anyway.

Face it, we're just not important enough.......

yeah i dont believe it's currently available in the UK. i can't even download the file, as not available in my country.

Pretty bummed, really wanted it on my BlackBerry
