    Default Transferring Contacts From T-mobile backup

    I hae service with T-mobile. I stupidly have been saving all my contacts to he T-mobile backup instead of to my phone or sim card. Cany anyone tell me how to transfer the contacts from the T-mobile backup to my phone and or sim card?

    If it is anything like AT&T, you will have to contact your carrier to get help to switch the contacts to something like Outlook.
