My touch screen is messed. I've tried many different OS including one that supposedly should fix the issue.

The screen is unresponsive when I touch something. Takes a few touches before it is recognized. I noticed this is mostly on the bottom half of the screen. Top half is pretty flawless.

Any suggestions?

Battery pull, reset? How old is the phone? Hopefully its under warranty still. Which OS are you currently having issues with? Try a newer version if there is one.
