Storage Issue

When I plug my 9810 to my PC in USB mode & when i get a message on my BBM or any other messenger attached with a pic or file , I am unable to receive it . I get error saying media card not found. please help

maybe coz when you have connected your phone to pc, it is connected in mass storage so the pc is accessing that mass storage and phone cant save to storage when it is in use. An example is with whatsapp, when I plug it in I get message history disabled but once i disconnect phone from pc I get the message message history enabled. Meaning in whatsapp messages are saved to memory card and that wont happen when that storage is in use by the pc.

Disconnect it from the PC before attempting to save a file.

As canada Panda said, If you have the phone connected to pc, wait till you are done with what you are doing then chat on the phone.

what happens is that when my phone is connected , using mass storage mode & if somebody sends me a pic on bbm , it cannot be received

I have missed a lot this way

If you need to receive files, don't have it in mass storage mode. There is no magic button or app to allow both the phone and a PC to use storage at the same time.
