Soooo Frustrated!!!!
Had this new 9810 (refurb) for 2 wks. 2 days after getting it it shut down....no error msg but did the same as my previous 9810 did a wk before (jvm 517). Upgraded the software to 7.o.o 2404. Worked fine the first day. Then it started freezing which all my bb have done. Then when I'd get offline some icons weren't on the menu. 2 days after the upgrade it froze so I did a soft reboot. Came back on only to go to the white screen AGAIN and starts all over. No apps on it or anything. I don't have a clue what to do.

Take your SD card out and see what happens.

I did. I switched everything to my old 9810 and its doing the white screen everytime I put the battery in.
