I have been trying to update for ages and the phone keeps stoppping at 12% on social feeds. I cannot stop it updating even by dropping the battery out. My phone is now unusable!

Can anyone help on how i can just get back to using my phone please?

Are you trying to update the OS or trying to update an app? Is the phone continually rebooting itself or does it get stuck at a point in rebooting and not seem to move?

The software update(overair) keeps stopping at about 12%! Got the phone working but it still won't update through PC!

Use DM to back up

Use BBSAK to wipe.

Use App Loader to reload the OS

There are plenty of tutorial on this.

Search for "unbricking" tutorials. That'll get you started.
