Rotate + touch screen keyboard doesn't work with case on.

Hey guys. So I have a BB torch 9810, and I recently bought an ottorbox commuter case for it. I put it on, and find that neither the touch screen keyboard OR the auto rotate work when the case is on...

Anyone know why this is, how can I fix it?

Is the case pressing on the screen lock button?

This happened to me. And it was because of the case. As soon as I took it off, no worries. Yeah, it kind of presses on the lock button and freezes the phone.

So, returned the case and got one that doesn't cover the top portion of the phone.
