    Exclamation Restoring info/ Mobile network/ Settings help

    I recently unlocked a BB Torch 9810, when I put my sim card in the phone the network is working and as soon as I restore my BB info through my laptop the network switches to SOS. It would automatically connect to my network before I restored my info but there must be something in my settings from my old BB that is transferring over when I restore all my information to the new phone that is making the network stop working.... but I can't figure out what it issss! Please help meeeee its driving me crazy.

    Default

    Dont restore the whole backup , try restoring only the data of the previous handset.
    Exclude the settings
