Radio apps
My radio apps, Tunein Radio Pro, and Nobex Radio, stopped working in the last week. They still work on wifi, but not on AT&T cellular.
Anybody know what's going on here? Or can point me to a better place to find out? -

Tunein radiopro still works here without any problems on WIFI and BIS.
and same for nobex radio. you have no issues with other applications that,
requiring BIS to work? - 02-12-2012, 04:02 PM #3
I'm at home, a notoriously bad reception area because of the terrain. I just shut off wifi on my phone and tried both TuneIn and Nobex. Both worked well. Maybe AT&T has some tower issues or for some reason is running lower power in the Atlantic City/Egg Harbor area? I'd check with AT&T.

Not that I know of. Both programs seem to think my settings are wrong.
tunein gives me this message:
Which I do, and have had blackberry.net as the apn setting. Now that doesn't work, and the app can't detect the correct setting.Cellular data connection is not working properly and WIFI is not available.
Please note that the app doesn't work over Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) or Blackberry Enterprise Service (BES). If you're unable to connect when using a cellular network, make sure you have an active data plan and that the Connection APN setting is enabled in the app.
Nobex tells me:
And it, too, can't detect the correct settings.Your default cellular connection settings are missing or incorrect.
I guess I'll have to call AT&T. I hope they can (or will) help me out.
