    somebody help me!
    i got this problem. and when i try to log in my acc, its shows that unable to log in!!!

    Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling? May be worth a try to start with.

    i can't even go to my app world.
    when i enter app world.
    they request my id and password, then when i log in. its shows "unable to log in"

    According to the BlackBerry website, it's a known issue for devices running OS 7. Click on this link and it'll take you to the info page with a possible work around. Sorry you're having to deal with this.
