hey guys, its the same problem all over again,,,,,,

my torch 9810 started to overheat again, this time i have more details about the problem.

whenever i put pics or music in the mass storage or an sd card, my phone starts to overheat.

when i go to options>device>application managment>cpu:: i find that the media is using the phone up to 99% so i went inside the media,

if you scroll down, you will find something called modules> theres 1 that is using 99%>> net_rim_bb_fileindexservice.

and when i put music or pics, and try to delet a song or a pic, i have to reboot so the deletion completes,

i need help< i tried everything, wiping the device, removing the os and installing a new one, nothing is working, now i have no music or pics in my phone and its working fine

Have you tried a different SD card?

yes, i baught a new one 4gb, no difference

Will it be a battery issue? Have you tried a new battery?
