I have all the information I need including the unlock code however either way I try, with ot without the different SIM card
there's a screen that come up in front of the prompt to unlock the phone. It says someting about some kind of AT&T account password.
Does anyone know how toi get this screen to not show up or how to move it out of the way so I can get to the unlock phone screen
that's sitting right behoind it. I would very much appreciate any assistance with this. Thank you very much...!

if im not mistaken, you enter the wrong password 10 times and then it wipes the phone. i have the same setup so if i lose my phone no one can get into my info

Can you take picture or explain in detail what shows on that popup screen. Also, what type of unlocking are you trying to do? What steps in your unlocking process does that screen show up?
