Just 3 four hours after installation somehow i still cant shrink the OS to the way like I wanted comparing it to OS6.

Other than that it looks good and give me some time so that I can review more on this leaked.

Even though I have had the 9810 a while, I know I don't use everything I should.
I upgraded to 585 after being told by RIM and ATT that even thought I get msg my 9810 is up to date it isn't. Not every upgrade can go over the air. This had to be done with a computer. It fixed my trackpad not working on email problem. Its worth updating to it.

was this an official AT&T upgrade of a leaked version. I don't see and "Official" AT&T upgrade anywhere? Where did you two folks get it? Thanks!

I upgraded to this version two days ago. Thus far, everything seems fine. Yes, I believe this is an official ATT upgrade of the original leaked version, and discovered it by launching BB Desktop Mgr on my laptop, which then had the notice that the upgrade was now available, and did I wish to upgrade.

I'm sorry, I was thinking that you were referring to a 7.1 AT&T release. The 7.0.583 Platform 5.0.0.736 (2404 bundle) is the only official release that I've seen so far. I'm still running the older .261 version as I have no issues so why upgrade within the same OS. I'm going to wait until the 7.1 AT&T release comes out and they have the bugs out. The leaked versions are great but I don't have the time to deal with the fixes.

I'll be sticking with this build for a while after the last 7.1 OS screwed up my phone and i ended up having to get a new one since I had mic issues and couldnt go back to a previous OS.

Wow! That Sucks! Glad I haven't upgraded more and more every day! I was just reading about the issues with the new .402 build and that AT&T users have the same mic issues around the country. I guess it's never been truer when they say, "if it ain't broken, don't fix it!" Good Luck!
