Let me first start off with the backstory. I had a bold 9780 from T-Mobile, the screen was going out so since it was under warranty they said they would send a phone of similar make and model. They sent me a Torch 9810. I am looking into whether or not it is a refurbished unit though since it has been an EOL phone for a little while. I was typing an e-mail on the physical keyboard, i wanted to insert something a few lines up, my trackpad wouldn't scroll at all. Now when I click the text a little blue bookmark comes up, still no trackpad use. Is this normal?

Figured it out, my case was messing with it for some reason. When I take the case off no problem.
