Default My son knocked milkshake on 9810

My blackberry torch 9810 seems to have a lil milskake left inside it from seepage into the earpiece on front. I have to put the phone on speakerphone in order to hear on it when using the phone. Any suggestions on how to clean it out? Maybe take it apart? It's been about 24 hours.

I doubt RIM would fix this for free.

You probably have to pay some $$ as this is not a warranty issue.

You can try taking it apart, but that takes some skill and special tools.

RIM WILL NOT fix for freeee.... this is an OUT OF WARRANTY phone! Any moisture getting into a phone IMMEDIATELY voids warranty

Put your phone to dry by placing it on a container fully covered with rice (it will absorb the humidity) or by leaving it for a good couple of hours on your car's dashboard. Remove the battery and back cover before you do any of these.

Despite all the rice absorbing stories I see going around, it will never fully solve a moisture damaged problem. The phone MUST be disassembled.
