mobile hotspot
Anybody know how to get back the hotspot feature and if it is dependant ok the OS version. I am currently running 7.1.0.428.

Not sure what do you mean with "get back" but, this is already included in the ver 7.1. Also, you need the Tethering plan from your carrier.

It was in the menu but it isn't there anymore. This happened since I upgraded.

You have .428 on a 9810, I didn't know it was leaked or released

I had to re-do my install, so I just went to .428. You might try just re-installing the one you have, but some others ought to weigh-in first. I'm still pretty new at this, so don't take my word alone.
