Default Media Card - NOT working

Whenever i switch my phone off and it comes back on a message says 'A media card has been inserted that contains errors. Do you wish to repair the media card now?' i click yes. Then it says 'Select the storage you want to repair' so i click media card(and tick save lost clusters, what does that mean?) i don't think it makes a change 'repairing' it because i can't access music or photos etc. what do i do to get it fixed, its a MicroSD 2GB card. Has this problem happened to anyone else? Shall i just get a new card?

Yup. Try sticking it in the computer and having that repair it. If it's no good, you'll probably want to buy a new one. I hope you have backups of everything, good luck!
