so when i send out txts to a group of ppl, i get this random text back form everyone in chinese writing, wondering what this is|?

Are you in Asia by any chance? Maybe it is saying you don't have access to this function?
Post what it says or a screen capture if you can. I read Chinese, I can tell you what it says.
Without it, I have no idea what exactly is going on.
