Default How to recover word documents from bb

    Hi all,

Is there any way to recover deleted word files in Documents to Go that you created on your BB? I deleted some files and didn't do a back up - now of course need to recover them.

    Thanks.

I don't know how long you've had Docs to Go but if it came on the 9810 you may or may not need the registration key from them. Either way, I'd give them a call. Here is a link that has an article on this exact issue and the links to DataVis to contact for their help. The article reads as if you can actually have them redownload it to you for a small cost if nothing else. Good luck and keep us posted as to how it turns out and any fix you find, as others may have the same experience. Thanks and good luck.
