Default Help- updated and appworld is gone

I noticed Rogers released the 7.1 update, build 1310. It downloaded fine from desktop software. Except I get a message saying that appword isn't supported by my OS.

Anyone else have this problem? And how do I fix it? All suggestions are greatfully appreciated.

I would delete aw and redownload it from bb Site. I updated my bb and had the beta version included had to delete and reinstall. Hopes that helps.

If you dont see the blackberry app world on your device, simply type in your mobile browser 'blackberry app world download' and boom!

wallynan: you didn't (or shouldn't have) lose/lost them. Look in AppWorld/MyWorld/Uninstalled, and any apps that were there before (if installed correctly) should be under "uninstalled". You should just click on them one at a time and they will reinstall. You may need to have the license keys to put back on them (if you kept them) and if you don't have them, call/email customer support on developer website or email and they will work with you most of the time. Good luck!

Found them. Thanks. I didn't realize that was a drop down menu. A d'oh moment for me.
