    Hi,

    I tried to sync my contacts on my PB and I noticed that I had a lot of contact added on my 9810 missing on google contacts. After a back-up, a complete manual contact-by-contact removal, BIS account delete and account resetup... I see that sync is not working at all on my 9810 (not getting contacts added on another device and not pushing contacts added on my 9810).

    The only time that I can get my contact is by doing a RSET in the contact options but it won't send contacts that are not synced yet...

    Any ideas ?

    After few hours, It look like that contacts created on my PB or my Android phone are synced on the 9810. Also, is I delete those contacts from the 9810, changes appear on google and devices sync.

    but contact created over the 9810 are still not synced to google... I also got a message when I re-added my account :

    And yes, the wireless sync was already checked before the reception of that message.

    OK!

    So I updated to V7.1.0.746 and it is working back! The only problem found is that if you enter only a company name, it won't sync until you write something in first name (in the need repeat the company name).

    It may be possible that Sync stopped because you added special characters to a name ( !"/$%?&*()_+^:`>'.@[]~{}#|\=+)

    I haven't added any special characters , I guess a lot of ppl are facing the issue. please revert

    It could be a special characters inside any field (address for ex)... I found out that I had an address field with a ' inside it...
