OS reload/upgrade didn't help

My phone is an unlocked att phone so it can't be replaced

Please be more specific about your error.

When do you experience it and what triggered it?

I would imagine a clean OS reload should do the trick. However, if you are unable to fix it, I would suggest you requesting an unlock code from AT&T (I know your device is already unlocked but by requesting an unlock code, you could justify the current condition of your phone) and later on request a warranty replacement. Hope it helps..

cant say i know anything about the error, but the time is 5:30 (hour:min) past unix time, which is the base time that all 32-bit computers use. most likely 5:30 after you booted i am guessing.
