I was using BIS for internet on my BB. I have moved on to 3G service, my email doesn't get updated.. what to do? when I tried to setup email.. it shows error.. doesn't open up.

hey can you answer the following:

Is it a used Blackberry you took over from someone?
Has it ever worked?
Have you tried to logon to the BIS site of your carrier?
What error do you see on the display
What device are you using and what OS are you running
Is it standard or custom?

When you say you have moved onto a 3G service, do you still have a Blackberry Data Plan with the carrier you are using?
