hi, I have this issue since the latest update to os 7.1. I lost all my contacts, the ones which I got back are those in yahoo n gmail accounts. lost all those fotos to contacts and whole address book is deranged. wanted to reset the contacts list and import a csv file. but i'm not able to find a way since 1 week. kindly help.

Try using the advance OS app on appworld, its now split into free and paid but even the free one should allow you to sort out your contacts like merging them, and moving them between lists etc including importing of the csv file if i'm not mistaken. Also, if you had bbprotect and had set it up, it back ups contacts so incase of anything you can always restore your contacts back.

ok.. thank you, i had installed contact manager, did merge contacts, but still they are not arranged, i lost some contacts too. had a windows contacts csv, so, security wiped all data. shall see what happens now
