When I have calendar notifications from Facebook/Gmail, how do you delete them so they do not keep appearing in the main notification screen? It is getting fairly annoying as I do not need to be notified 4 months in advanced for a friends birthday. I have attempted to delete service book for FB calendar notifications[didnt work]. whats else can be done?

You can go into the calendar> options> click on facebook, then uncheck "display reminders"

See if that helps.

And you can also turn off the reminders as well. Where it says "Default reminder" (under general calendar options) I have it set to "none"
