Default Blackberry torch keyboard & trackpad issue

I have a problem with my blackberry torch 9810
First of all is the mute button is pushed down. Also whenever I type to fast some letters will be missed and also I'm not able to press alt and other keys. The trackpad issue is that it won't let me go up and down at the homepage the furtjest it goes is the top app ill have to hold alt and go up with the track pad to get to the network settings, whenever im in bbm it completely don't allow the trackpad to go up and down. Last thing is that whenever I switch the phone off manually I can't switch it back on I'd have to do a battery pull so that button dont work when off...

    Thank you

I have the SGP case on mine and while it offers amazing protection, when the top protector (probably useless in the event of a fall) is on, it's almost impossible to use the trackpad or 4 keys. I agree with you that removing the case should be the first line of attack.

Does anyone have issues with their trackpad? For example mine is super slow, especially in the browser.
