The red led comes up the screen is all black i try to charge it keeps going red for a few seconds then it turns off. i took the battery of and connected the charger it only shows that there is the battery icon. i hook it up to the computer without the battery it works but if place it does it. i try to update it and downgrade it with blackberry desktop and it does not work. try using research and motion loader and it did not work. i try using bbsak but it does not find the device.
what else can i do i cant connect the battery or it will reboot only showing the red led

call your carrier and ask them to connect you to RIM. if they do this maybe RIM can help you
