So far 7.1.0.714 is the best for me.

Your profile doesn't mention which carrier you're with. Consensus seems to be that .714 has it all. But, if you are on AT&T and want hotspot without a tethering plan, then .378 is your choice.

No I don't need hotspot and I m not on AT&T..I m in a 3rd world country with no BIS services but luckily ma set is factory unlocked. So I can use it with any carrier. .714 is the best for me although sometimes I have problems connecting to my router through WiFi.

.694 worked well for me. No wifi issues at all. But I am on AT&T and needed the hotspot. So, I went back to .378.

.746 is working very well for me. No problems in any area that I can see. Please understand that answers will vary from individual to individual. Despite our phones being "identical", they may not respond identically to any given OS version. You will just have to give them a try and see what works best for you given your signal strength, your apps and how you have customized your phone. Hope you find what you are looking for.

buy a new router. Routers flake out like that when they are low quality or failing.
