Hi there.

Twitter, Facebook, BBM, email = not working on my Torch 9810 (obviously). I also cannot connect to the internet using the Opera Mini browser, but the "native" browser works fine.

I was going to reinstall one of the apps above again to see if that fixed the problem, but BB app world isn't connecting and just keeps loading or it says an error has occurred and I should try again later.

I've done the whole pulling battery thing and switching it off/on.

I went into Options > Device > Advanced > Host Routing Table, but from there on there's a ton of options (says GPRS UK (234) [bunchofnumbers], then the [bunchofnumbers] change down the list. Is it always like that or is my phone wrecked up?). There's also a Wi-Fi [60] option. One of the options (GPRS UK blahblahblah) is in bold, so I registered it again. I got the "Registration message sent" notification but it hasn't helped any and I haven't received any other messages.

I've also tried Messages > Menu > Options > Email Account Management. It just connects to email settings for a bit, then comes up with an error saying "your device had a problem connecting to the server, retry/cancel".

I don't know what else to do. I'm going to be taking it into the T Mobile shop soon if you guys can't help.

call your carrier. looks like a network problem if you have your service books resent.

go to setup, then email, then edit, then resend service books. if this doesnt work call your carrier rather than go into the store and ask them to check it out.

Firstly let me apologize if i have posted this in the wrong place or something as i don't think i have posted on these forums before.

I have an issue with the facebook app on my torch 9800. Afew days ago i noticed that there was an update for the facebook app so i went ahead and upgraded to version 3.2.0.12 (i think). right after i did this upgrade, the facebook app icon disappeared from my home screen and i can no longer upload photos to facebook or even post status updates from within the social feeds app.

I have tired uninstalling and re-installing the facebook app afew times now with no affect. and just now i even tried to restore a backup from a week ago and that didn't even fix it.

can any of you nice people give me any advice or help please?

do you have the latest upgrade on your phone?
try pulling battery, replacing battery,
upgrade,, then resend service books
