BB Torch will not go passed point 3 'Update your software' for BB store Set up

I am trying to down load telmap Navigator but I seem to get stuck on step 3 every time, my phone does not complete the 'Update your Software' stage to enable me to download from B B apps, can anyone help

That's not an option for our device. Where are you attempting to download this from?
