Hi, i updated my torch 9810 into latest OS 7.1 Bundle 2108 V 7.1.0.746 Platform 5.1.0.546 before i had OS 6.1 Bundle 677 V 6.1.0.67 Platform 5.0.0.211
Now i m having problem in keypad light. keypad light wont display or power on if slide open or close, Kindly solve me problem, how i can fix keypad light .
Is this prob bcoz of latest os? keypad light was powering on or display in old os

Your 9810 came with 6.1.0.67 installed??? That for the 9800. You may have a 9800, and installed the incorrect OS.

Before OS 6.1 Bundle 677 V 6.1.0.67 Platform 5.0.0.211 and its 9810. Blackberry Desktop manager also showed its Torch 9810 not 9800. Now kepad light is now working so how i can go back to OS 6.1 Bundle 677 V 6.1.0.67 ? can u give me any link plz

Oh well. You have a 9810 prototype. The ones with the lighted trackpads. I doubt you'll get os 6.1 anywhere except at RIM. Send them an email or so
