9810-Two Different Keyboards?
Just returned a 9810 at Cosco because some of the keys didn't work. Their easy return policy replaced it with a new one. I noticed right away the key pad wasn't as bright. Found out why in a Radio Shack store. When comparing my phone with the dispalay model noticed the display model key lettering was larger and bolder giving off more brightness display and also making the letters easier to read. You would think the keys would be the same. Start comparing next time your in a store.

did you compare where they were manufactured?

No with the security device on the sample couldn't remove the battery cover. Think I'm going back there and ask them to let me do it.
