So fast compared to my 9800! Plus the form factor gives a person the best of both worlds...physical keyboard and a nice size touchscreen. I love the fact that the 9810 has much better reception than did my old Jack...I can be in a building (like Target) and still get important messages and phone calls.

I love the customization flexibility with the 9810 (and all BlackBerries) and look forward to when RIM will release the theme builder so SLGTA can get my favorite theme Super Tilt to work on 7.1.

I love that I can actually browse the web, unlike my old 9700. I can go to web pages and not have my phone tell me the page s too big and we are closing it!!!!

Also love the speed, screen size and the fact it still has a keyboard.

Digging 4G on the 9810! I came from a Pearl Flip by way of an unlocked 9800, both on EDGE. PB bridged to the 9810 4G connection rocks.

Even if the screen isn't as high of a resolution as some of the android phones, quality wise it looks comparable and has better sunlight visibility than most.

Also the slider mechanism is totally solid, unlike a lot of other sliders.

The speed and real estate(screen) which is one of the reasons I didn't move on to the 9900. The 9810 is a solid device- especially for those that are still not sure about the BB10s and whether to upgrade or wait. Plus, I love the slider concept.

Screen real estate and speed! Definitely 2 awesome points. I love the screen real estate when watching videos like YouTube. Excellent in landscape mode!

I love the graphics! Its definitely hard when Im trouble shooting other BB's around the office and people are running OS6 and below. I always laugh at myself because Im constantly trying to flip through panels using the touch screen but Im the only one here with a touch screen Berry. Doh!

One thing I truly am in love with is the touch screen keyboard. It seems to always know what I'm saying/going to say and the auto-correct feature is great. The size of it is just perfect for my fingers.

Can you tell Im in love with my 9810???

C'mon people, so many views, lets get some more love in here!!!

I love the design of the my 9810. To me, it's the best of both worlds with the touch screen and slide out keyboard. I had originally left BB to get a phone with a touch screen and keyboard, and when the 9800 came out I was like it's the best of both AND a BlackBerry, which from the 1st time I used one, I was in love

The screen is a nice size...and has a keyboard. They will never get old to me.

OP I truly feel what you feel
I always do the touchscreen thing too when trying to help customers
    with their curves
A white 9800 was my first BB coming from a Long love that was dedicated to iPhones.
I instantly fell in love with it. The slider keyboard/touch screen concept is great and solid and when the phone slides open its simply stunning. I upgraded to the 9810 on launch day and have zero regrets I'm still very much in love with my phone.

The 9810 is the best phone I've ever owned, besides the Motorola Star Tac. And the best communication device, for me, since Skytel devices.
Beyond the screen real estate, it is the ultimate personification and evolution of the Blackberry models. While the flagship 'Berries have maintained the classic look and feel - just as the Porsche hasn't changed much over the years, because the look works - the Torch is truly the light, the beacon for the future direction of Blackberry devices.
Do you know how many "WTF" looks I get, everytime I take a call, or edit a document, in public?
My Primary Device is always my 9810. I just have a Zed...for fun!!

I can relate, especially when I get a text in public and utilize the virtual keyboard to respond. Either of the keyboards on the T2 work for me. Out of all of the "refresh" devices, the Torch 2 should have had "mad" hype to push it- especially with the beefed up specs from the 9800......another soild device., IMHO.

    @myfairkadie,
Thanks for starting this thread. We are bombarded with constant threads of the departure of RIM. So, it's refreshing to take a break and be able to express how much we appreciate our CrackBerries.m

It always takes me a second to realize that "Hey wait, this isnt a touch screen!" and then go back to the track pad. The touch screen makes flipping through menus SO easy. I wish every BB had it! Its bad enough I keep trying to use bezel swipes and the c & p feature that the Playbook uses! :P

Id put a ring on mine too! lmao

Not a problem, Blacklatino! I was getting sick of all the hate on here, I get that enough around the office from the poor souls that switched out their Berry's for iPhones and now are complaining about how much they miss their keyboards. I hate saying it, but, I told ya so!

A co-worker called me this morning about the RIM Q4 earnings report and asked me if I would be buying an iPad now that RIM was going under. I gave him a few choice words and hung up on him.

He actually was pouting because I hung up on him and came to my desk to give me a hard time. I told him too bad, he was rude and that I would never do that if Apple's numbers were down, knowing how much of an iFan he is.

Meanwhile hes bugging me because he cant figure out how to rip DVD's to his iPad and wants my help. I told him I couldnt help him because my c & p of files to my Playbook is so easy that I would have no idea how to help him with his iPad. :P

Enough iTalk! Back to your regularly schedules 9810 love!
