    Default 9810 heats up during data download

    whenever my 9810 is receiving data on my H+ network, it heats up so much. after some time, the signal drops to GSM and the phone is only able to receive data signals after the phone cools


    is anybody else having this type of problem
    just so in love with my berry
    OS: 10.0.10.648
    Platform: 10.0.10.82

    dumb phone->SonyEricsson P900->dumb phone->Storm 9530->Bold 9700->White Torch-2 9810->Grey Torch-2 9810->64GB PB bridged to Black Z10

    I've had mine heat up, but never shut of HSPA+ because of it.

    Oh my God that's the same thing I've noticed that it heats up like crazy whenever I switch to 3G signal. I wonder why.

    I've noticed mine heat up while downloading, but nothing has ever shut off nor have I noticed a change in the signals.

    Just thought it was mad weird for him to heat up like that.

    If your signal strength is not great your battery will heat-up

    Holy lord you guys shoulda seen mine when I was redownloading all my apps yesterday after a restore! I actually pulled the battery cover off to let it vent a while.

    Yep - mine heats up. It's never shut down though or caused any problems.
