    You can PM dcburke789 he's the dev that made that theme with lucky45. It was made for the 9800 because I have it.

    It's easier to contact him (dcburke) thru his twitter account. I don't know it off hand, but go to one of his themes in the Crackberry themes forum it should be there. The Mini Banner series themes are EXCELLENT .
