No issues Buddy, Just for a Suggestion,your theme would have been more beautiful, if you would use the Bevel in your theme buttons and menu listing screen.

Then the options panel would be more active and good looking.

Ya, i have changed them a bunch of times. Everyone asks for something different.

It is hard to please everyone......but being a freebee should help heh.
