it was saved as a .cod file when i first saved it from theme builder and when i changed to .jad and it didnt work. let me work on it. sorry for the inconvenience

When you export your theme, make sure you choose "Publish for Desktop Manager". You will see 2 files in the directory you chose to export to, 1 ending in .ALX and 1 in .COD. Zip both files together and attach the zip file to your post. This will allow users to download and install using their desktop/laptops.
