Is there anywhere to go to possibly get an OTA update for my Torch? I don't have a computer and have only done them when they were sent to me by ATT. It seems like they have stopped sending them and I see other ones in the stickys that sound better but I can't get them ota. Thanks for the help crackers! Love you all.

You can only get an OTA update from your carrier. Find a friend with a pc.

Some poor soul had their update lingering at 26% for 11 hours and probably still has via an OTA update.

Last AT&T update was .600 (I think). I'm on .706.

Yep. No sense waiting on AT&T. Build .600 is now a year old. I think they've given up on the 9800. Same as RIM as they've not updated past .723 since early in the year. I don't think there's even been any internal testing of anything newer.

It sure would be nice if they could fix that suretype/multi-tap bug for the reduced keyboard that's been around since one of the 600 builds.

I've never had a problem with ota taking very long at all. Maybe I can do it at work but I never set up a dm or anything. Wouldn't want to mess anything up.
