    my work pulled a prank... they opened the box and put an old bb in the box and gave me the phone, then they all stood around me watching me open it then started laughing when I was like "this isn't the phone!" hahahaha time to play!!!!!

    These posts are hysterical! Sorry bout ur Torch being crAcked Lauren. Your anticipation toward ur BB coming was exactly like mine. And the work prank???!!!! OMG. Tooooo funny! Something the guys at work would do to me! All in fun! Now...to see if they will let you trade Torches IN store! Just start crying if they refuse! LOL

    haha yeah the guys at my work are funny, and im the only girl so i get teased. lol

    but i called rogers, and first off the customer relations is going bye bye so so much for that phone number, but i talked to sales and was like "i just got my torch theres a crack" and shes like "****" so she put me on hold and talked to technical support, and then he came on the line,asked where the crack was.. and was like okay we will send you the new phone once you get the new one you have 15 days to return the one with a crack. then he helped me set up email and stuff on my new phone lol. he was nice!!

    that's all i can say!! go buy a lottery ticket for Lotto MAX and when you win split it with me cause it was my idea..

    your string of bad luck with this phone has to bring u some AWESOME AMAZING GOOD LUCK!

    I sure can hope right. lmao, i knew something would be wrong.. and here I was worried about wiggle, then a friend sees the crack. *sigh* but the browser is awesome! ha!
