When typing "ES" in top right corner by signal strength

Sometimes when I am typing on my Torch I noticed the capital letters "ES" in a box on the tip right hand of the screen (over the signal strength bars).

Does anyone know what this means?

That's your Language Identification. I'm not sure what language ES denotes, Spanish perhaps. US English is EN. You can suppress the identification by going to Options / Language and Text Input / Language ID: and selecting Hide.

ES stands for Espanol

This happened to me also. Just went and checked the language section. Everything was set to English except for the virtual keyboard. Changed it to US English and now I see EN.
