What is my 'User name' in Email Setup?
Up until last year I could easily log into my email settings and update them, however when I now go into Set-up | Email Accounts, after 'checking for updates' it asks me for my User name and password.
I've tried every combination I can think of but can't get into it. The password is no problem, but how do I find my user name which could be one of many? - 06-17-2012, 05:29 PM #2
That should be your Blackberry ID.

Yes, I can see that but how do I find out what this is exactly from within the phone please?

If it is your BlackBerry ID, that is the ID you use in BlackBerry App World.
