I've been using .534 since it came out and have had no issues. I've updated everytime a new leak showed up and they have been just getting better each time. I do think the battery and speed on this build are the best so far.

Ive had my Torch since last week and have only run .534..
Must say that its laggy at times when using the touch screen.
Battery is fine, but I come from my old friend Bold 9700, so a true comparison would not be fair.

.448 and .534 were the best for me.
    .526 was the worst.

Everyone says the battery is good on the .534 build. Now I am a former 9700 user & know that is not a fair comparision. I loaded .534 right out of the gate when I got my Torch. Most days I have to charge & cannot get a full day with moderate to heavy use. Low use will give me a day. I was thinking on dropping down, but if everyone is saying that the battery is better on this build than earlier builds, I don't know what to do? Since this is the only OS I have ran, I have nothing to compare to?

The phone reception & browser speed is excellent on the .534 build, so I don't mind charging if I have to.

Of all the OSs i've tried on my torch, i found 448 to be the less buggy and or the best with battery life overall. Obviously your mileage may vary

Other than an MP4 audio issue I had with .448 (that nobody else seemed to have), I have not seen much of a difference in the past 4/5 OS's that we've seen.
Battery, connections and overall performance have all been about the same for me.
It seems like RIM switches the pic swiping speed issue on/off every other release. It never bothered me though.

I'm running 6.0.0.534.... I don't remember what version I had previously but this one is so much better on battery life...before I had to charge my phone several times a day...I only have to charge @ night now...also I don't have screen freezes anymore and everything seems a lot faster.

do you have bbm 6.0 on yours?

i was having app error issues last night and i think either bbm 6.0 or fb 2.0 were the culprits.

Ignore my previous post, I got tricked by UK Voda and their wording.

I was on .337 and then went to .448. I moved back to .337 because my torch had bluetooth pairing issues with my car on .448.
It was driving me nuts. Just wouldn't pair most of the time. No problems again on .337.
Really can't be arsed to mess about again. My phone connection is very importane for work.

I put .486 on to see if my battery improved. If it's better than .534 it is only slightly. The phone reception is not as good as .534. I do like the browser rendering on .486 better though. My smart WiFi app does not work with .486, but it did with .534. Camera & picture sending work correctly on .486, also no delay when I go into the media folder, so I am not sure what to do? Both .486 & .534 have + & - points.
