    I've had the Torch for a bit here. I never shut it off. In the morning, or after sitting a hours on the desk, when I unlock it to use it, it really lags before coming fully functional.

    Any one seeing this? Any fixes?

    What os version are you running? If you're on an older version, try updating to the .448 or .450 builds and see if the lag issue goes away.

    Also make sure that you did not leave a lot of apps open. A good ol' battery pull works well every now and then too.

    I installed quick pull, and have it "battery pull" every night around 4am. Never have any lagging issues... or any issues for that matter...
