    when I receive a voicemail, my sound that plays is teh last person who sent me a text message? Why and how do I stop this?

    Also how do I silent all tones when on silent but have it viberate?

    you can make a new sound profile and make settings what is needed...

    Turn the profile to vibrate only? Always worked for me, no alert sounds but vibrates.
