How do I set it up on the Torch? I have AT&T do I need to call them to have an activation?

There's an icon that I believe defaults in the "Applications" folder. It's purple and white and should be labeled "voice dialing". You can move it out of the folder using the BlackBerry key.

Also, you can set the right side convenience key to "voice dialing". Just make sure you push it in all the way, as it's a 2-stage key.
