Vlingo/bluetooth question

I've recently downloaded and installed the Vlingo app. I would like to know if there is any way for me to use the button on my BT headset to activate Vlingo as opposed to using the "convenience key" every time.
It doesn't seem very convenient at all especially while on the road.

I believe not. It only works from the convenience key from everything I've read so far which makes it less use than it could be.
